Global Mathematics Championship is an annual global competition organised by Cowbellpedia, while Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Nigeria (RAIN), an Ibadan-based Robotics Company, sponsored the scholarship. xHe lamented that Nigeria had remained backwards technology-wise because needed investment, support and attention meant for young talents in science and technology had been jettisoned. She urged the federal and states government to give young people the necessary support to compete strongly with their counterparts globally in the field of science and technology. The 15-year old senior secondary school said: “I want to be an Information Communication Technology (ICT) Engineer. I urge government at all levels to provide us with the necessary support here in Nigeria rather than us travelling abroad to study.
